You come to M😅/It seems like you are coming to M (with acupoint massage and scented tea)
Readers, I wonder if you have ever heard someone say that so-and-so seems to be coming to M, or have you been greeted: Are you coming to M today? What is so special about M?
It turns out there is a menstrual condition👇👇👇
Irritability before or during menstruation😡
Mood swings or even moodiness😃😔☹️
Lower abdominal distension and pain, dark menstrual blood or blood clots😳
Symptoms disappear after menstruation ends😄
Therefore, many people will tease people who are emotionally unstable because they come to M, and men are no exception.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this condition is called "Liver Qi Stagnation." Dr. Meilan introduces several acupoints for soothing the liver and regulating Qi. Acupressure can alleviate this "Qi stagnation," and it's suitable for men too! 👍

1. Tanzhong (CV17): Located on the midline of the chest, level with the fourth intercostal space, between the nipples.

Use the thumb or middle finger of one hand to apply pressure to the Tanzhong acupoint, lightly clench the other four fingers into a loose fist, and gently swing or rotate the wrist in a small circular motion for 3-5 minutes.

2. Qimen (LR14): Lie flat on your back. Located two ribs directly below the nipple, in the space between the 6th and 7th ribs.

Massage: Place the palm of your hand on the Qimen acupoint and rub back and forth along the intercostal space until the acupoint becomes red. Massage for 3-5 minutes.

3. Taichong (LR3): Located on the dorsum of the foot, in the depression between the first and second metatarsal bones. Massage: Use your thumb to gently massage for 2-3 minutes, until you feel a slight soreness.

Relief and Cheer-Up Tea

Ingredients: 10 rosebuds, 10 bitter orange blossoms, 1 small rock sugar (optional)

Instructions: Wash the rosebuds and bitter orange blossoms, steep in boiling water, add the rock sugar, and drink at a suitable temperature.

Suitable for when you're feeling down or depressed; it also has beauty benefits.
