Having many menstrual problems? Traditional Chinese medicine can help!

Why do I need to regulate my menstrual cycle?

Gynecological diseases are often caused by menstruation. Irregular menstruation often presents with lower abdominal pain, headaches, and prolonged spotting. Mild cases may involve dizziness, leg weakness, and poor digestion during menstruation. In severe cases, it can lead to polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine fibroids/adenomyosis, anemia, and even affect marital plans.

- Irregular menstrual cycle: For women with relatively strong constitutions, the cycle is about 28-32 days. Women with cycles shorter than 25 days or longer than 35 days are more prone to menstrual-related problems.

- Abnormal menstrual cycle/flow: A woman's menstrual period usually lasts 5-7 days, with a flow of about 80-100ml each time, dark red in color and without clots. If menstrual periods are frequently shorter than 3 days or longer than 8 days; if menstrual flow is excessive or significantly reduced; if the color is different from usual; or if there are clots, and this phenomenon persists for more than 3 menstrual cycles, it is necessary to pay attention to whether there are gynecological problems.

- Menstrual pain: Normally, you may feel slightly tired before, during, or after your period, but it won't cause too much discomfort. However, if you experience unbearable headaches, stomachaches, or lower abdominal pain during your period, or even need to take painkillers, you should be concerned.

- Headaches and dizziness before and after menstruation: Some women are too weak and are prone to headaches and dizziness during menstruation, which can affect their daily life. They need to pay attention to this.

- Failure to recruit successfully after more than 1 year: Some women have normal menstrual cycles, and their partners have normal urological function, so it may be necessary to rule out other problems and adjust bodily functions.
